Recommended Usage:For some the effects of CBD can be felt immediately, however some people may metabolise CBD slower so it may take longer. Vape as normal however we recommend holding the vapour in your lungs a little longer (approx. 15 seconds) this helps CBD absorb better into your bloodstream. When starting off, it may help to try a small amount to see how you feel before moving on to higher doses.
